Our Service

GP AIR RESTORATION OF MEDALLION HEALTHY HOMES is a service company which provides a healthier indoor environment for people living and working in homes, apartments and offices by using proprietary ozone generators to produce high levels of ozone (Ozone Shock Therapy) to purify the indoor air, thereby destroying illness and odors. Because of the high level of ozone, this service will only be performed by a trained technician, following proper safety protocol. No people or pets may be present during the treatment.

GP Air Restoration is a local partner of SCO Technologies' Medallion Healthy Homes of Bothell, WA.

Gerald Young (owner of GP Air Restoration) acts as the Technical Advisor to all Medallion Healthy Homes’ Partners throughout the United States and often does presentations to the Real Estate Industry explaining the many benefits our company can provide them.

GP AIR RESTORATION OF MEDALLION HEALTHY HOMES can perform a preliminary “Home Survey” to assess the indoor air quality of your home or office, which will be conducted by a CRMI (Certified Residential Mold Inspector, IESO trained).

PRELIMINARY SURVEY

• A visual inspection of the indoor environment will be performed by the technician to look for all possible points of water intrusion of the home as well as humidity checks.
• An assessment of odors will be done by pinpointing the exact location and/or source and a treatment process will be discussed for each situation.
• The technician will make recommendations for necessary repairs, if any.

Note: If a mold like substance if suspected, a more comprehensive survey would be recommended.

COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY

• This survey would include indoor air quality sampling with one or some of the following (depending on the situation)
  • Swab Test
  • Settle Plate
  • Tape Lift
  • Spore Trap
  • VOC Sampling (Volatile Organic Compounds)
• Identification and analysis, as well as a report will be provided by Aerotech Laboratories, Phoenix, AZ (accredited laboratory)
